FAQ

Place your order under the "Kustomer Design" option and upload your images, or logos to hermitkraftzdesign@outlook.com. Images and logos must be transparent, unless the background is wanted on the t-shirt.  Questions? No problem!! Please feel free to use our CHAT option in the bottom right corner of our website. 

The placement chart represents the many areas on a shirt/hoodie/jacket your design can go. To see the lettering under each picture, hover over the picture and move your mouse accordingly. 

While Hermit Kraftz Design will correct any mistakes where it applies, returns are not permitted. We ask that if there are any issues with your order, please give us the courtesy  that we can address the concern, or problem and if need be, fix the issue. 

We ship everywhere in the US and Canada. We are currently prepping for shipment overseas.
